The Chevrolet Spark EV was an all-electric hatchback offered in select markets in the United States. It first appeared for the 2014 model year, and was discontinued after the 2016 model year when the Chevrolet Bolt took its place on the roster. Initially sold in California and Oregon, the Spark EV was also offered to Maryland drivers in 2015. The Chevrolet Spark EV was offered in two trim levels and powered by a lithium-ion battery pack and a 140-horsepower electric motor that came mated to a one-speed automatic transmission.

Standard features found on the Spark EV included fully-automatic halogen headlights, active shutters, a rear spoiler, anti-lock brakes, satellite radio, OnStar communication system with internet connectivity and a built-in Wi-Fi hotspot, remote keyless entry, and air conditioning. Options included fog lights, leatherette seating, cruise control, and DC quick charging.
